All can think to say is Scrambled Eggs! Yes, Scrambled Eggs, or maybe one of my other new favorite phrases, “Everything is definitely indefinite!” I haven’t watched any TV News in three months because I haven’t been able to handle
its negativity and doomsday approach to everything. So, I am only getting bits and pieces of “this and that” off of “Facebook” of all places, and slices of internet news feeds. We are living in a day and age where we have all this technology providing us access to all the wisdom and knowledge of the universe, and we with our limited mortal minds, are living in a materialistic oriented world that has turned it all into overcooked scrambled eggs.
The Words “Sleeper, awake! Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you,” come to mind! Words of Paul, of all people come to my mind. Was Paul speaking to a bunch of Zombies, or people who had been buried! No, he was writing a letter to the Ephesians who he had felt had fallen to sleep to the light and wonder of the spiritual dimension, that he knew they had once been exposed to. He proceeded these thoughts by saying “everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light.”
Curious words for someone who lived 2,000 years ago! “Everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light.” Sounds a little bit like Charles Fillmore’s writing in his book Atom Smashing Power of the Mind! Or perhaps Stephen Hawkins in his dissertations from the movie, Theory of Everything! Everything exposed to the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light!” Was the Apostle Paul studying Quantum Physics! How on Earth did he know everything was light and composed of tiny little atoms, which are comprised of energy and that when you expose darkness and illusions of the mortal mind to the light, it dissolves! All that remains is the light! Tiny little atoms that are a glowing with Living Energy, which is what we experience when we rise up into an awareness of the Christ, the Living Field in which we live move and have our being!
It is so unfortunate that we have access to all this incredible knowledge and wisdom, and yet due to the dualistic nature of humankind’s thinking we are trapped in a two-dimensional plane of reality and we can’t comprehend or understand the other two-dimensional realities our friends and neighbors might abide in. Yes, another way I might say this is that many people are trapped inside of a box of their own thinking and they can’t get outside of that box to understand another point of view. As a result, mankind is moving in the direction of another great battle over beliefs, dogma, scientific and medical points of view. Yes, we are making overcooked scrambled eggs.
It actually reminds me of the conversation Jesus often had with the Pharisees of his time and had with the disciples at the Last Supper. Jesus is trying to explain to his friends and disciples something is going to happen that is going to appear to be very traumatic, but everything will be just fine! He has found a way to rise above the earthly plane of thinking, into awareness of the Living Field (the Father’s House), in this plain of awareness (Heaven’s Presence) there is a way to connect to the Field of Living Energy to overcome every earthly appearance. But the Disciplines didn’t have a clue to what he was saying! Just as many brilliant people sit in their two-dimensional box of thinking and don’t have a clue to what someone else in another box of thinking, is trying to say.
Yes, as Jesus said 2000 years ago, the time is now, the kingdom of Heaven, this multidimensional reality is all around us all the time with Infinite Possibilities, and is within our grasp, so turn to it goodness and wonder and believe! We must awaken from our sleep and rise up in Christ!
