Join Sue and Betty in the Unity kitchen this afternoon, after the visioning activity for a mini-class exploring wild plants and other oddities that are delicious, nutritious and good for you! Sue will show you how to identify and prepare pork salat and lambs quarters. Yum!! Betty will make a Sumac lemonade (Yes, lemonade without lemons) and a rose petal hydrosol. If you have any fresh rose petals that have NOT been touched by those nasty herbicides or pesticides, please bring them.
